Landco Pacific Corporation wins the Grand Award of Best Boutique Developer in Luzon. The recognition was given by the prestigious Lamudi’s Outlook 2022 Real Estate Awards. The accolades from Lamudi returned this year by presenting 23 awards to real estate developers that have excelled in providing for the needs of Filipinos amid the new normal.

Known for pioneering premium landscapes for more than 30 years, Landco was recognized for its latest Beach Towns that emphasize sustainable developments in the prime tourist and leisure destinations of Batangas.

Setting a new standard in luxury beach living, Landco Beach Towns feature the 24-hectare Club Laiya at Laiya, San Juan, and 15-hectare CaSoBe (Calatagan South Beach). Both are eco-friendly developments that are LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) registered with water recycling measures in place, permeable pedestrian tree-lined walkways, and scenic bike lanes around the beachside properties to reduce carbon footprints.

CSR initiatives and the creation of job opportunities for local communities are also undertaken to complement the resource efficiency of the two property developments as aligned with United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Each of the master-planned communities boasts a long stretch of pristine white beach that is within a few meters away from every lot, accessibility to Metro Manila, strong WIFI connection, modern facilities, and resort amenities.

In Calatagan, which is known as the playground of the affluent, CaSoBe offers a breathtaking view of sunsets, a laidback resort lifestyle, and easy access to golf courses, equestrian clubs, dive spots, and cultural and historical attractions.

Club Laiya is at the heart of the bustling beach tourist spot of San Juan, Batangas. It is near the rows of restaurants and bars along the white sand beach and caters to those with an active lifestyle from sailing, and paddle boarding to yoga by the beach.

The properties are mix use residential and commercial spaces. Investors and property owners can opt to build their dream beach house that can also be turned into a business like a bed and breakfast, restaurant, or shop reflecting their interests.

Millennial Resorts, the hospitality arm of Landco, operates and manages the leisure and hospitality facilities of Landco Beach Towns such as Cocoons, Crusoe Cabins, Canopy event space, Aquaria Park, Laiya Beach Club, and Capt. Barbozza restaurant.

Investing in Beach Towns is an attractive proposition for its long-term property value appreciation given Landco’s track record. Punta Fuego, Landco’s premium development in Batangas captured a strong footing in the upscale market. Its property appreciation is about 1,200 percent since it was launched.

There’s also an option for exclusive residential beach communities of Playa Calatagan, Playa Laiya, and Premier District at Club Laiya. The Spinnaker, a uniquely designed beach condotel will soon be built.
