Golden Haven, the most trusted name in the deathcare industry, recently mounted its much-anticipated “The Golden Stars” Sales Summit, its first in-person grand event since pandemic restrictions eased up. Held on March 7 and 8 in Las Pinas City, the summit gathered the organization’s key assets–its hard-working and dynamic sales agents and managers who have helped drive Golden Haven to its stellar status today.
Representing Golden Haven’s digital and in-person sales forces from 30 branches across the country, this year’s special honorees were the company’s top performers who were recognized during the event’s highlight–the Awards Night held at The Crossing Café. The occasion also provided an excellent opportunity for attendees to network and share their insights and best practices with their colleagues.
The Sales Summit turned out to be a much-deserved treat for all participants. They were accommodated at the luxurious Mella Hotel of Vista Land and Lifescapes, and then taken on a trip to Tagaytay to visit the Crosswinds estate, Ruined Project, the Alpine Villa, and popular Tagaytay cafes, NAPA and YAMA.
Closer to the summit’s site were the Villar Sipag Museum, Golden Haven Las Piñas, and the Santuario De San Ezekiel Moreno Columbarium, where attendees were given a tour before they proceeded to Golden Haven Amadeo, the country’s first eco-memorial park.
The organization’s deep appreciation for its human assets was affirmed when Golden Haven Chairman and real estate tycoon, Manny Villar, graced the event to meet the hardworking and dynamic Golden Haven agents and pay tribute to them. Over dinner and drinks, the Chairman shared stories and anecdotes with the honorees, getting to know them better and fostering a sense of camaraderie among the attendees.
Leaders of organizations know that employees’ skills, abilities, and experience are the intangible factors that ensure their success. And that such skilled people may be difficult to find and even more difficult to replace. Thus, Golden Haven acknowledges the need to invest in its sales force’s development and growth, and to continue providing them with the necessary tools and support to achieve their goals.
Golden Haven’s “Golden Stars” Sales Summit, a resounding success for all to see, was one proof that a fulfilling career in sales await those who join Golden Haven’s team of top-performing sales agents and ambassadors.
