FLASH Express Philippines, an integrated e-commerce logistics service provider and integrated delivery service, is offering itself as a reliable partner to every Filipino for their delivery requirements.

Representing Sec. Ramon Lopez of the Department of Trade and Industry, Undersecretary Ruth Castelo of the Consumer Protection Group, said that the new company will help Filipino micro, small, and medium enterprises needing logistics partners they can rely on and one that can help improve the quality of the logistics in the country.

The company is driven by these four main services: fast delivery and free door-to-door pick-up, low cash on delivery rates, 365 days operations with no holidays, and 24/7 customer service.

Despite the huge impact of the pandemic, the new company started from a group of 800 working around the clock, making sure to lay the foundation for the most reliable, fastest, and safest courier service in the country.

In September, it started with one hub in Laguna with 50 serviceable areas and expanded to 24 provinces. In the same month, it grew to 3,000 employees and partnered with the e-commerce giants in the Philippines. By October, it was serving 128 municipalities nationwide, checking out an average of 5,000 deliveries every single day.

By the end of 2021, it aims to increase its workforce to approximately 10,000, setting its target to serve Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao with over 300 hub centers, to help improve the logistics business in the country, and to provide world-class quality services that Filipinos can rely on.

At the event, actor and host Robi Domingo, brand ambassador of Flash Express, noted that consumers want speedy service, but more than that is the “malasakit” part of this service.

Not just the product itself but the goal of growing the business together. “This company is not just for Filipinos, but with Filipinos,” he added.

When Domingo learned about the company’s stories, vision, and mission, he said “I want to be part of something big, which is not just for the benefit of the company but for the benefit of Filipinos.”

Apart from Domingo’s good looks and reputation, Dave Khodr, marketing director of Flash Express, Domingo’s network is the same target that the company is trying to reach — younger entrepreneurs, struggling, and online sellers. As an entrepreneur himself, Domingo can likewise share all these golden nuggets to the customers.

“Our main focus is to deliver all our promises to our customers, which is based on our brand name — how fast can you forward your business in a flash,” he said. “It’s making sure that there’s an excellent and seamless customer experience.”

Meanwhile, the company is also offering the Flash Home, a business franchise opportunity that aims to help entrepreneurs jumpstart their business by partnering with Flash Express or even those who want to utilize their commercial spaces as Flash Express’ delivery drop-off points, which will only involve minimal investment and requirements.

The country’s emerging courier service utilizes technologically advanced processes, state-of-the-art facilities, and a team of highly trained logistics experts to ensure that every parcel is handled securely and delivered in a flash.

Jose Arturo de Castro, undersecretary of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), commended Flash Express for launching an integrated logistics service provider and delivery service to support the needs of the people in the new normal.

“Flash Express has shown that harnessing tech-driven systems in business can significantly improve the delivery of services,” de Castro said.

“We acknowledge new and emerging innovations and commended options of technologically advanced processes to suit the needs of Filipinos during and beyond the pandemic,” he added.
