The duo played their opening gig at the luxury hotel on May 3 and will perform live for four consecutive weeks, with more shows onMay17, 24, &31, 2022 at WMRC’s entertainment hub Hippodrome Bar & Lounge.
An acronym for Make Your Momma Proud, MYMP released their first album, Soulful Acoustic, in 2003 and followed it up with two albums in 2005, Beyond Acoustic and Versions.
Beyond Acoustic debuted on the Philippine Top Album charts and was certified Gold after having sold 15,000 copies within one month. To date, it has sold well over 200,000 copies earning it the distinction of being the best-selling album by a homegrown acoustic band.
Now veterans of the local music scene after two decades reunite with MYMP and let them serenade you with their soulful renditions of famous covers and original hits. General admission to this next normal concert experience is free, with VIP seating near the stage available for a PHP 500.00 cover charge, inclusive of food and drink.
