As Filipinos’ interest in leisure gardening continues to bloom, Resorts World Manila (RWM), in partnership with the Laguna Bonsai Society, is celebrating all things Bonsai with its own Bonsai Festival which runs until January 17 at The Plaza, 2F Newport Mall.
The Bonsai Festival will surely delight not only the most discerning cultivators and collectors, but also budding artists. The Laguna Bonsai Society also held a free workshop and demonstration on The Art of Bonsai to help newbies along their tray planting journey.
Seasoned Bonsai artists and enthusiasts will be thrilled with the special exhibition of the most intricate and elaborate collection of Bonsai plants from universal favorites, Banyans and Blue Bells, to local plants like Mulawin Aso and Bayabas, with most species available for sale.
