The BlogaTeam kicked off the year on a positive note with the January Townhall and TEA (Team Engagement Activity). This month’s activity focused on mindfulness, including laughter therapy, mindful communication, confidence-building, expressive arts, and a soothing sound bath meditation. The session was facilitated by Kimmy from Moment to Moment Stress Management Solutions.
Ara Mendiola, Account Manager at Blogapalooza, shared, “What I like most is the part where we have to tell each other about what we see and appreciate in them. It’s a good opportunity for us to inspire, speak goodness, express gratitude towards our teammates, and make them feel seen.”
