LAST month, the third branch of Sip & Chow was opened at New Cabalan, Olongapo City.
“This is another step towards our continuous effort to expand our reach and make Sip & Chow food and drinks available to everyone,” said owner Alexandra Faith Garcia who, coincidentally is also the reigning Miss Aura International.
The third branch, to date the biggest branch of Sip & Chow has been a success, with its menu updated to include burgers and pasta in addition to its wide variety of food and drinks at affordable prices. They serve rice meals, snacks and takoyaki, different kinds of milk tea and fruit tea as well as their all-time favorite ice cooler – their own version of Ice Scramble, and Sisig, their best selling rice meal, for both delivery and dine-in.
The updated menu delighted friends and social media influencers and the lucky regular customers who had quite a feast of filling meals and snacks.
Faith, who is also a champion triathlete, started the business in March 2019 in her native Olongapo City. The first branch is actually one of their houses which was renovated and converted to a food-and-drinks store.
The second branch opened in November 2019 in Sampaloc, Manila that quickly became one of the top stores in the delivery business in the Sampaloc area.
The branch actually transferred from its original location in the same area.
Despite the pandemic, Sip & Chow Sampaloc was able to quickly establish itself as one of the top stores in the delivery services within the area. It reopened this January after it moved from its original location still within the Sampaloc area.
Sip & Chow, despite the global health crisis remains committed to expanding its reach and in coming up with alternative ways to reach out to their customers. Innovating their delivery system, Sip & Chow targets different online delivery platforms for marketing their menu. “We want to continue to serve our customers even if they are staying at home,” Faith continued. “They can order their favorite Sip & Chow food and drinks through different delivery services like FoodPanda and Grabfood.”
