IT all started when the Queen of Hearts Foundation was established in 2018 by beauty queen-philanthropist Ma. Mitzie Go-Gil with two major advocacies: 1) women empowerment, and 2) providing assistance to promote the welfare of underprivileged families especially their children.
The Beauty Queen Collection Fashion House (BQFH) was created recently to sustain one of its most projected income for its monthly charity missions (conducted by Go-Gil and her fellow married beauty queens) and the yearly beauty pageants being conducted by the foundation.
