Wines might not have as big a market share in the Philippines compared to beer and other liquors, but they have a fast-growing and dedicated fanbase. As more Filipinos get to travel abroad, wine’s appeal becomes more prevalent and today, bottles of wine have become a mainstay at any Filipino celebration.

However, getting into wines can be a daunting task thanks to the dizzying array of choices. From grape type to country of origin, the options are numerous and many newcomers are hesitant to pull the trigger on expensive wines for fear of having a wine that they wouldn’t enjoy drinking.

Jacob’s Creek aims to help newcomers with their selection of classic wines. The brand is Australia’s number one bottled wine brand with over 8,800 awards and 170 years of history, making it a good choice for those looking to dip their toes into the wide wine world.

Jacob’s Creek is also launching a new look for their wine bottles, with a bold, modern curved label harkening to the shape of the water from the namesake creek, as well as the shape of the wine swirling in the glass.

“With the refreshed look of Jacob’s Creek Classic here in the Philippines, we’re looking to capture a brand-new crowd of wine drinkers and show them that you can have premium bottles that’s worth sharing with friends and loved ones without breaking the bank. We’re confident that Jacob’s Creek Classic will be many Filipinos’ new favorite wine,” said Jacob’s Creek Brand Executive Kurt Ducusin

Jacob’s Creek Classic stretches across a wide variety of red and white wines, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz Cabernet, Merlot, Chardonnay, and Riesling, just to name a few. These wines come from a wide selection of popular varieties and blends sourced from some of Australia’s premium grape-growing regions. The range is also ideal for drinkers who seek excellent value and top-notch quality in their wines.
