Trattoria e Dolci offers a singular experience designed to delight the senses in more ways than one. The Trattoria side has a delectable selection of Neapolitan-style pizzas baked to perfection with traditional brick ovens from Naples. Each pizza is cooked to order, with chefs preparing the hand-tossed dough right in front of diners thanks to its open kitchen layout. The gas-fired brick ovens maintain a steady temperature, resulting in a well-puffed dough with leoparding – a sign that a well-hydrated dough was cooked at the right temperature.

Unlike most pizzerias which would pile the pizza with numerous ingredients, Trattoria e Dolci opts for quality over quantity. This is highlighted with the signature pizza, the Trattoria pizza which combines mortadella, burrata, and ground pistachios to create a singularly unforgettable bite. Those looking to spice things up can enjoy the Diavola, which brings a welcome level of heat thanks to the generous slices of spicy salami dotting the pizza.
Aside from pizzas, Trattoria e Dolci also offers several salads for those who want a lighter option. One must-try is the Beef Carpaccio – paper thin slices of fresh raw beef seasoned with cracked black pepper, olive oil, and topped with a bunch of peppery arugula and shavings of cheese.
