A visit to any museum will invariably see guests walk through different hallways as they look over each artwork on display. The Menarco Vertical Museum flips this concept on its head with its opening last February after 3 years of pandemic restriction.
Unlike most museums which are usually laid out in sprawling grounds, the Menarco Vertical Museum offers a fresh and unique experience, with each floor featuring a rotating presentation of the artworks. This allows visitors to experience the collection in a gradual, almost story-like manner, with each step revealing a new piece and building up to a clear beginning, middle, and end.
Located at the Menarco Tower on 32nd Street in BGC, the museum is a culmination of a 7-year labor of love led by Menarco Development Founder and CEO, Carmen Jimenez-Ong.
The collection showcases 39 of the most thought-provoking pieces of Filipino contemporary art, made possible thru a collaboration with Silverlens Gallery and the Ateneo Art Gallery.
