Global healthcare company Organon commemorates its fourth anniversary with a strong message of purpose and progress: advancing access and equity in women’s health while fostering an empowering workplace where everyone feels they belong.

With the theme “4 Years Strong. For Her. With Her.”, Organon celebrates not only four years since its historic spin-off in 2021, but also the milestones it has achieved as one of the few healthcare companies globally dedicated to addressing the unique health needs of women.

“As we mark four years of Organon in the Philippines, we reflect on our purpose with even greater resolve,” said Emmanuel Tiglao, Country Manager of Organon Philippines. “Filipino women play a vital role in shaping our communities, and their health must be a national priority. Our commitment, then and now, is to expand access to solutions that support her health at every stage of life, while building a workplace where women are valued, heard, and empowered to thrive.”

The anniversary celebration centers on a series of employee-led initiatives that reflect the company’s commitment to impact from within and beyond.

The HER Health Champions Awards shine a spotlight on employees who go above and beyond to uplift women’s health, build community, and live out Organon’s values.

Meanwhile, the Dear Future Her Wall serves as a symbolic internal activity encouraging employees to write messages, pledges, or hopes for future generations of women.

This year’s anniversary celebration also honors Pride Month, a meaningful occasion that reinforces Organon’s commitment to creating a workplace where everyone feels a sense of belonging.

“We believe that true empowerment comes from making space where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued, regardless of gender identity or who they love,” Tiglao added. “Belongingness is at the heart of how we work together and care for one another.”

With over 60 medicines and products across multiple therapeutic areas, the company continues to expand its reach, collaborating with global partners and advancing solutions that improve women’s lives and by extension, communities and economies.

“When we invest in women’s health, we uplift entire societies,” Tiglao emphasized. “Organon was built to serve that mission, and four years on, we are just getting started.”
