City of Dreams Manila culminates 2022 and rings in the New Year with countdown revelry at CenterPlay and media noche festive menus at its premium restaurants — Nobu Manila, Haliya and Crystal Dragon.
On December 31 and January 1, Nobu Manila’s New Year six-course dinner tasting menu at P5,600++ per person, includes: a complimentary Zensai, Nobu Assorted Canapes, Nobu-style Assorted Sushi, Sashimi Salad of Lapu-lapu with cilantro dressing, mixed field greens and Matsuhisa dressing, Surf and Turf Truffle Duo of Lobster and Shitake Dumpling and Sous Vide Beef Tenderloin, Clear soup with Inaniwa noodles, and Blueberry Stone Tart with Matcha Lime financier dough and Chocolate Almond Crumble.
Meanwhile, Haliya highlights a four-course menu good for two to three persons at P6,000 net. Whet the appetite with Crab and Melon Ensalada and follow it with Beer Mami, Pinalutong na Chicken Dumpling and Ukoy, a delicious take on Bacolod’s Kansi comprising a reverse-seared Black Tyde Ribeye steak, garlic confit, asparagus, king mushroom, hand-crushed marble potatoes, cherry tomatoes and Kansi gravy; and for dessert, Ube Palitaw with raspberry muscovado tuille, and shaved white chocolate.
Available for minimum two persons from December 19 to January 1, 2023 , Crystal Dragon’s seven-course festive set menu features premium dishes: Crystal Dragon’s Signature Trio Platter; Braised Lobster Broth with Sea Treasure and dried scallop; Stuffed Seafood in crab shell with “La Tzi” Sauce; and Steamed Cod Fish with tofu in Teochew pickled green mustard; Wok-fried Ohmi Wagyu Beef with black Garlic; Wok-fried fragrant rice with duo scallop, diced seafood and salted egg yolk; and Marbled strawberry yogurt Jell-O and deep-fried golden sesame ball, for dessert.
