Chef Kim’s arrival marks a new era of gastronomic excellence for The Bellevue Manila, solidifying its reputation as a premier dining destination in the South.
Chef Kim Sungbae, a native of Korea, brings a wealth of international experience and a unique culinary perspective to The Bellevue Manila. His impressive career includes serving as the Executive Chef at the Korean Embassy, where he distinguished himself with his mastery of Korean cuisine. Chef Kim’s culinary journey has taken him across Southeast Asia, holding leadership roles in prestigious establishments such as City of Dreams Manila, JW Marriott in Hanoi, Vietnam, and Resorts World Manila.
