Jokbal and Bossam is a favorite “anju” or night time dish best accompanied by alcohol like beer or soju.
Jokbal or Pig Trotters are cooked with soy sauce and other spices like onion, garlic, and pepper. Bossam, on the other hand, is a belly pork which is boliled (steamed) in spices (doenjang sauce, garlic and spring onions).
Korean Executive Chef Kibum Park’s special is served with crispy chicken thighs, radish salad, and mixed greens for only Php 3,000 nett, available for dine-in and takeaway.
