Sheraton’s & More coffee bar and market explodes in a bouquet of color and flavor on July 25 as the hotel offers a a meticulously crafted 5-course dinner paired with 5 exquisite floral-inspired cocktails and a floral exhibit by Imahica Art Gallery.
Guests will be greeted with a refreshing Lavender Blueberry Vodka Soda, a delightful welcome drink that sets the tone for the evening’s floral elegance. The feast starts with a Garden Toast with dill goat’s cheese and petals, beautifully paired with the Blue Pea Garden, a refreshing gin-based cocktail infused with basil and thyme.
Appetites sufficiently whetted, next on the plate is Oysters and Scallops in lime dressing, perfectly complemented by a Chamomile Gin Fizz, a cocktail that balances the sunny flavors of chamomile, lemon, and honey. The third course presents Flower Laminated Ravioli with cod filling in garlic cream sauce, paired with the Tropical Hibiscus, a tequila-based cocktail enhanced with homemade hibiscus syrup and ginger beer. The fourth and fifth course will remain a mystery as a surprise treat to diners during the event.
The evening will be further enriched by a stunning floral exhibit from Imahica Art Gallery, creating a visual feast that complements the culinary delights.
