AI-LIES Kitchenette & Catering Services held their grand opening recently in Quezon City.
The official start of the food establishment, a joint venture between Aileen Uychutin and Rosalie Serquina, was highlighted by the ribbon-cutting ceremony performed by its celebrity guests: Miss Earth Air 2018 Melanie Sun Mader, who will soon debut in the PEPPS TV flick “My Toxic Lover,” and actor-model-businessman Toffee Calma.
The goals of Aileen and Rosalie, who have been friends for the last 12 years, is to bring the best of Filipino and Korean cuisines to their customers.
Aside from eyeing events and gatherings for their catering business, they also opened a kitchenette that would serve to showcase all of their specialties.
Rosalie, who initially studied Hotel and Restaurant Management at Trinity of Asia University, confessed her passion for cooking has brought her to this business venture, having humbly started with a carinderia even from way back in San Pablo City where she’s based.
Even the just opened kitchenette was an ordinary carinderia until the long-time friends decided to upgrade it and come up with Ai-Lies which stands for a combination of their names.
Ai-lies Kichenette & Catering Services is located at 99 Jasmin St. corner Scout Reyes, Roxas, District, Quezon City.
