There are sauces that will make every dish taste special like Alabama sauce, BBQ aioli, Carolina gold, as well as sides such as Waterside Spiced Fries, mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, smoked beans, coleslaw, soft rolls, creamed corn, and mac and cheese to complement any meal very well.

Guests can take pleasure in the Brunch Favorites like the buttermilk fried chicken, Pork Belly Burnt Ends, cottage pie, Slow-Roast Beef Shin, and smoked sausage.

The sea also sweeps through the menu with grilled oysters, Cajun kingfish, grilled pulpo, seafood bag, seafood paella, and fish and chips.

Guests can grab a slice or two of New York-baked cheesecake, chocolate-layered moist cake, classic American apple pie, fudgy chocolate chunky brownies, strawberry confetti cake, red velvet cake, and assorted donuts.

At the Milkshake and Sunday Bar, diners can enjoy a classic vanilla milkshake or create their own monstrous freakshake with a variety of cookies and sweets, desserts, select spirits and liqueurs.

In the ‘Chef Stories: BBQ Creations by Chef Alfred Santiago’, the Waterside chef de cuisine said his passion for cooking started at home, helping his mother in the kitchen.

The curiosity for how good food is made, and the love for food and travelling, inspired him to become a chef. “The more time I spent in the kitchen, the more I was exposed to different cooking techniques, the more I learned,” Santiago also said. “Slowly but surely, I grew to love cooking as an art form.”

He always believes that one should respect the ingredients and let them speak for themselves. “When you bring out the best in your barbecued dish, you will come back for more. And you will want to share that joy with others too.”

For Santiago, this philosophy comes alive when they prepare their barbecue dishes at Waterside.

“Like our signature Tomahawk, we make sure we season it generously and grill it to perfection,” he noted. “A good barbecue lifts my mood, and I hope we can do the same for everyone at Waterside.”

Barbecue at Waterside is a team effort, he said, and he is proud to share the delicious dishes they have made with love and passion to bring out the unique flavors individuals look for.

The Waterside BBQ Sunday Brunch is available from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
