The Embassy of Mexico wants to celebrate one of the most popular Mexican Festivities around the world, with an exciting Fiesta, where all visitors will be able to indulge themselves in delicious traditional Mexican food prepared by La Chinesca and Manila Bambi Foods Company. This will include exquisite tacos, tostadas, tortillas, guacamole, and nachos.
The Tasting Club will be offering 2 special fluffy empanadas with Mexican flavors for the special occasion. As for the drinks, a Mexican cocktail bar will be hosted by Casablanca Cocktail Club and it will feature traditional cocktails based on Tequila, such as Margarita, Paloma, and Michelada.
Destileria Barako will be serving a special “Frida Mexicana” cocktail, concocted with their Kanto Salted Caramel Vodka and inspired by Latin American flavors, while The Tasting Club will be presenting their special Mezcal Negroni with Pandan infused Campari and the traditional Mexican Mezcal spirit.
Mexican imported beers will also be available and Jade’s Temple will offer their limited edition “Dark Chocolate Chili Beer”, specially released for this Cinco de Mayo celebration.
Live music performance from the local band, Mariachi Emmanuel, will serenade guests around the pleasant al fresco area at Rockwell Goes Streetside near the Plaza Driveway entrance of the mall, from 6pm until 9pm.
