The Steamed Seafood Dumpling Soup is also a must-try with its rich broth and a plump seafood dumpling filled with sun-dried scallops, select fresh seafood, and tender Jinhua ham.

They include the Whole Abalone in Brown Sauce, cooked to tender perfection with the abalone’s sweet and buttery notes complemented by a velvety, savory sauce, and the Crispy Sweet and Sour Kurobuta Pork in Three Types of Vinegar, which highlights the nuanced flavors of the three vinegars, adding a depth of flavor to the crisp and succulent Kurobuta Pork.
