Resorts World Manila (RWM) embraces the year of the metal ox with an art exhibit of one-of-a-kind brass sculptures by artist Ronald Castrillo at Arts by the Garden for National Arts Month to the 2F Newport Mall. The exhibit that features the artist’s newest collection is one of the first pop-up installations at RWM’s newly renovated Newport Garden Wing. The space will be one of the Metro’s newest art destinations with new artist highlights every month.
Arts enthusiasts can get up close and revel at the sculpted pieces that intricately harmonize resin and gems with brass on display at the 2F Newport Mall. For discerning art collectors, all sculptures are available for purchase at special introductory prices through RWM’s own digital marketing platform, RWM Exclusives store until February 28. Interested guests can visit www.rwmexclusives.com to avail.
By March, the exhibition moves to The Plaza 2F Newport Mall and expands with the addition of collaboration pieces between Ronald and his daughter, Karen Castrillo-Villaseñor.
Karen grew up with the sound of the sander and hammering of his father’s brass works every morning, and shaped her own metal work style. The father and daughter tandem headlines the next exhibit titled “Shaping Wonders & Dreams”.
RWM is the first integrated resort in the Philippines. RWM’s two main wings, the Newport Grand Wing and Newport Garden Wing are one-stop, non-stop entertainment and leisure destinations that feature gaming thrills, world-class performances, unique events, exciting lifestyle options, and now highest speed 5G connectivity.
