Rimini Street receives industry recognition

RIMINI Street, a leading provider of enterprise software support and innovation solutions, has been recognized with multiple awards highlighting its commitment to customer service and value. The company received a Trust Radius 2025 Buyer’s Choice Award, based entirely on customer reviews, for its performance in capabilities, value, and customer relationships. Nancy Lyskawa, Rimini Street’s executive vice president and chief client officer, emphasized the company’s dedication to serving as a trusted partner and helping clients achieve their business goals.

In addition, Rimini Street was honored with a Silver Globee Award for Customer Service Department of the Year and a Gold Globee Award for Customer Service Executive of the Year, awarded to Craig Mackereth, executive vice president of global service delivery. These awards recognize the company’s exceptional customer service, including its rapid response times and innovative use of AI-powered tools to efficiently address and resolve client issues. Mackereth highlighted the company’s commitment to exceeding client expectations and ensuring business continuity.

Rimini Street also received a Gold Merit Award in the Consulting Category for Technology, acknowledging its significant contributions to the industry.
