INFINIX, a technology brand targeting young consumers, showcased its latest innovations at ShowStoppers at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025, highlighting advancements in AI, eco-friendly technology, and personalized features.

One of the key innovations presented was the SolarEnergy-Reserving Technology, a concept designed to extend smartphone battery life using ambient light. This technology combines perovskite photovoltaic technology with AI algorithms to capture and optimize light energy from both indoor and outdoor sources, converting it into electricity stored within a prototype smartphone and phone case.

The AI-driven “Sunflower” Wireless Charging Technology, inspired by heliotropic plants, dynamically adjusts the transmission path based on lighting conditions and device position to ensure efficient power reception. Infinix envisions broader applications for this technology beyond smartphones, extending to various digital devices and wearables.

Whether it is offering infinite power on the go with our SolarEnergy-Reserving Technology or letting your phone reflect your personality and mood, we want to give users the freedom to express themselves and stay connected—wherever life takes them. That is why we are also excited to introduce the E-Color Shift 2.0, a truly personalized experience that lets your device adapt to you in ways that are as unique as your lifestyle.”

Infinix also introduced E-Color Shift 2.0, an AI-powered customization feature that allows users to personalize their smartphone’s appearance through dynamic color transitions based on preferences and external stimuli. The tech company also announced the upcoming launch of its NOTE 50 range, expected to debut at the end of March 2025, featuring enhanced charging capabilities, AI features, and a premium design.
