THE best practices and execution of pro sports competitions such as the PBA, PFL and 3×3 basketball will be discussed to highlight the second edition of the Games and Amusements Board Pro Sports Summit to be held online tomorrow.

Under strict GAB supervision and with the go-signal of the Inter-Agency Task Force in charge of the COVID-19 pandemic, all three leagues were able to conduct their tournaments, with the PBA Philippine Cup set to conclude its bubble in Angeles, Pampanga probably next week.

PBA Deputy Commissioner Eric Castro will make a presentation on behalf of the league while Dr. Rodrigo Angelo Ang, a member of the UP OCTA Group tracking and analyzing the country’s virus infections, will share conditions of the Chooks to Go 3×3 bubble.

The Chooks competition was held at the Inspire Academy in Calamba, Laguna, which is now being eyed by the Philippine Sports Commission as the training bubble for the country’s locally-based Olympic qualifiers and aspirants once it gets approval from the IATF.

Philippine Football Federation general secretary Atty. Edwin Gastanes and Philippines Football League commissioner Coco Torre will discuss how the federation and the league accomplished its objectives in hosting the 2020 PFL season at the PFF national training center in Carmona, Cavite.
