Ayala Land Inc. has seen its Cavite estate Vermosa grow by 82 percent in value since it was introduced in 2015, or a compounded growth of 14 percent.
Properties in the estate are now valued at P100,000 per square meter (sq.m.) from P55,000 per sq.m. five years ago.
“Upon full build out, Vermosa is expected to house around 30,000 people across several of its residential developments and generate about 500,000 jobs,” said Cris Zuluaga, assistant vice president of Ayala Land Estates Inc., an Ayala Land unit.
According to Zuluaga, Vermosa has become the destination for “modern active living and lifestyle pursuits south of Manila” in recent years, “and soon to rise as a progressive commercial center.”
She said Ayala Land banks on the continued growth potential of Cavite as it goes full-swing with the development.
The estate is also seen to gain improved access through several major infrastructure projects that establish Cavite as a booming growth center such as the Aguinaldo and Molino flyovers, Skyway extension and the Cavite-Laguna expressway.
