    Singapore’s leading property tech startup Ohmyhome is rolling out operations in the Philippines soon to provide fast, streamlined property transactions with just a few clicks.

    Ohmyhome’s services through its application and website are seen to help accelerate restarting industries and businesses in the local real estate setting.

    While the other portals are focused on selling real estate, Ohmyhome is designed to serve customers in the entire buying and selling process by providing a unique hybrid model of a DIY (do-it-yourself) platform and full-fledged agency services.

    Just as it did in Singapore and Malaysia, Ohmyhome will enable Filipino homeowners and searchers to buy, sell, and rent properties in a simple, fast, and efficient manner.

    This model has been proven highly successful in Singapore and Malaysia, where Ohmyhome continues to provide an estimate of 2,000 housing transactions per month. The platform also garnered 300,000 application downloads, over 175,000 active users, and 15,000 unique listings of real estate properties to date.

    Chief executive officer and co-founder Rhonda Wong said Ohmyhome provides a seamless DIY platform and professional agent services.

    “We are very different from property classified platforms. Our focus is not on advertising but on helping customers transact. We take care of the entire transaction process—from search and deal-closing all the way through legal documentation and mortgage advisory—making it simple for both first time property buyers to seasoned investors to transact real estate,” said Wong.

    Wong added customers who do not tap the DIY option can avail of the full agent services, which include market research on estimated valuation, powerful database matching of potential buyers, hosting property viewings, documentation, and more.

    With Ohmyhome, property buyers can avoid stress, unnecessary delays, and botched deals associated with unreliable agents, complicated government processes and disorganized websites, and the need to coordinate with multiple agencies.
