I-Land focuses on green developments

    I-Land, the real estate arm of ISOC Holdings Inc., takes into account sustainability in pursuing projects that not only address the demand for habitable spaces in key areas, but also take care for the environment.

    Situated in strategic locations in Metro Manila, I-Land’s residential, commercial and leisure projects focus on using green-inspired designs that create sustainable living spaces.

    A green-inspired building is one that either eliminates the negative impact — or creates positive impact — on the environment. This can be achieved through efficient use of energy and water resources, use of renewable energy, and use of non-toxic materials in construction among other features.

    Aside from going green, I-Land looks to construct intelligent buildings that use proven world-class technologies such as energy-efficient lighting.

    I-Land also focuses on its customers by selecting locations that are close to major roads and establishments.

    One of them is I-Land Bay Plaza, located near the Mall of Asia complex in Pasay City. The soon-to-rise 25,000-square meter premium office building will house 12 floors of commercial office and retail spaces and is expected to be built by the first quarter of 2021.

    The project is also close to EDSA and the NAIA Expressway which connects to the Skyway and South Luzon Expressway.

    Other projects in the pipeline are in EDSA Cloverleaf, Quezon City; Makati City; Ortigas Center, Pasig City; and I-Land Clark Neo, a seven-hectare premium integrated resort and leisure complex inside the Clark Special Economic Zone in Pampanga.

    I-Land is backed by a team of experts in property development which espouses operational excellence to provide efficient and cost-effective solutions.

    At the forefront is ISOC group chairman Michael Cosiquien, co-founder of Megawide Construction. A licensed civil engineer, Cosiquien started Megawide in 1997 together with business partners and grew it to become a leading infrastructure company in the country with a portfolio that includes the Mactan-Cebu International Airport.

    He established ISOC Holdings to engage in telecommunications infrastructure, cold chain logistics, and energy.
