I-Land Bay Plaza tops off

Leading the ceremonial topping-off are (from left): ASYA project architect Alex Balean; I-Land and ISOC president Jesus Chua; I-Land and ISOC chairman Michael Cosiquien; I-Land vice president and business unit head May Lopez; and Whiteport project manager Leonides Hadjirul. Pasay City administrator Dennis Bernard Acorda witnessed the event.

New real estate player I-Land (ISOC Land) recently topped off its maiden mixed-use office development dubbed I-Land Bay Plaza on Diosdado Macapagal boulevard at the Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay City.

In line with its promise of “Office of the Future,” the 12-storey, 24,000-square meter premium office tower is designed as an energy-efficient “green” building developed to meet global standards of excellence with LEED-certified design and features. It boasts an intelligent building management system (BMS), energy-saving lighting system with motion sensors, daylight access and double glazed tinted glass windows to minimize heat and noise, 24/7 back-up power supply, nine high-speed elevators and reliable security.

Despite the unexpected challenges of the new coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic, construction remains on track and as much as 50 percent of the total leasable office spaces plus ground and underground level retail have already been booked.
