Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) and international property development leader Hongkong Land (HKL) have partnered for the Velaris Residences, a 45-storey premium condominium development.
Set to redefine the eastern skyline with its distinctive concrete-and-glass look, metallic bronze and rose gold façade, the building will feature an iconic look which is a hallmark of Hongkong Land.

The Velaris Residences is the first project to be undertaken by RHK Land Corp. (the joint venture between RLC and HKL) and is the forerunner of other developments the joint venture will undertake in the Philippines. It will be launched on February 21, and is seen to transform the C5 corridor upon its completion in 2024.
