The Filinvest Group aims to transform 288 hectares of land in Tarlac into an eco-efficient capital, Filinvest New Clark City (FNCC).
Don Ubaldo, vice president of Filinvest Alabang Inc., said FNCC is the company’s most ambitious township to date.
Ubaldo said FNCC will be a well-planned, innovative district that will be “a melting pot for various industries and lifestyles, local and foreign.”
He added the project will harness Filinvest’s expertise in masterplanned developments that are self-sustaining and adaptable given its reputable project portfolio such as the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold-certified for Neighborhood Development business district Filinvest City in Alabang, coastal township City di Mare in Cebu, and the booming leisure and business center in Central Luzon, Filinvest Mimosa+ Leisure City in Clark, Pampanga.
As an international hub and integral base for business and trade, FNCC will host local and foreign industries in a purposeful structure and surroundings that support live, work, play, and learn lifestyle. Like all Filinvest townships, FNCC will also be a green community with its nature-centered and open space environs.
Filinvest is developing FNCC in partnership with Bases Conversion and Development Authority. FNCC will benefit from the support of the government as well as its location in the special economic and freeport zone.
FNCC’s strategic location gives it access to vital infrastructure such as the Subic–Clark–Tarlac Expressway, Clark International Airport, Manila-Clark Rail and Clark-Subic Rail.
The development of FNCC is on its first phase of construction. It is in simultaneous progress with New Clark City.
