    Laguna-based community developer P.A. Alvarez Properties and Development Corp. (P.A. Properties) has noted a growing number of homebuyers looking for residential projects that take into consideration stay- at-home productivity.

    Speaking at the formal launch of Idesia Lipa in Batangas, Romarico Alvarez, founder of P.A. Properties, said buyers are now looking for visual comfort, presence of “breathing spaces” inside the house, features that prioritize natural light, shield from noise pollution and access to nature.

    “Homebuyers now look for developments that respond to the new realities of home schooling and working, as well as a healthier, more self-sufficient lifestyle,” Alvarez said.

    He said the housing sector has been receptive and has been able to adapt to changing realities.

    “The housing sector will certainly hold up in the face of the coronavirus pandemic,” Alvarez added.

    Idesia Lipa is the third major project of P.A. Properties with Japanese partner Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp.

    Idesia Lipa is a few minutes away from the province’s major administrative, medical, commercial, financial, agro-industrial, and cultural centers. The project is also accessible to key infrastructure projects.

    According to Jonathan Lu, president of P.A. Properties, Idesia Lipa follows the success of Idesia in Dasmariñas, Cavite.

    “This Batangas project is set to offer 747 residential units of single detached, single attached bungalows and townhouses, which we look forward to be completed by the last quarter of 2023,” Lu said.

    Lu said Idesia Lipa is ideal to those who prefer exchanging city life to a less stressful lifestyle.

    Idesia Lipa hosts premium amenities which consist of Serenity, Togetherness and Wellness zones. Home designs include the Aria regular, a townhouse design that offers a total floor area of 42 square meters (sq.m.) on 60 sq.m lot area; the more premium home design Talia single attached units that will offer a floor area of 52.25 sq.m on 80 sq.m lot area and; the more spacious Gaia single- detached units which will have 63 sq.m floor area on 100 sq.m lots.
