2 foreigners nabbed, P7.764M shabu seized

    SUSPECTED shabu with an estimated street value of P4.7 million was seized by police while two foreigners were nabbed in buy-bust operations in Makati City and Tayabas, Quezon on Tuesday.

    Col. Regelio Simon, Makati PNP chief, identified the two foreigners as Ifeanyi Augustine Chinwueba, a 30-year-old Nigerian, and Antoine Negou Fotie, 40, a Cameroonian. Arrested with them was Fotie’s Filipina wife, Jeneth Fotie, 24.

    Police seized from them 600 grams of suspected shabu with a street value of P4.080 million in a buy-bust operation in front of a gasoline station in Barangay Forbes Park, Makati City, at about 10 p.m. Tuesday.

    The buy-bust operation conducted in Tayabas, Quezon led to the arrest of a suspected pusher identified as John Philip Aloysius Dalomias Santos, 20. Police seized from him 100.7 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated street value of P684,760.

    Nineteen more persons were arrested in anti-drug operations in Pasig and Marikina, with police seizing over P141,000 worth of suspected shabu.
