PHO24 has opened its newest branch at the Jollibee Tower in Ortigas Center, Pasig City to give more Filipinos access to the best taste of Vietnam through its wide-ranging flavors of warm and comforting pho.
The Vietnamese restaurant’s pho menu includes flagship beef fillet and chicken pho as well as other noodle variants. It also serves non-pho options and a variety of sweet dessert options.
Twenty-four special ingredients go into the secret beef broth recipe, carefully simmered for eight hours with 100 percent beef shin bones to extract a mouth-watering savory goodness.
This “soul food” is made up of freshly prepared rice noodles every day, topped with premium, lightly cooked tender beef, and piping hot, simmering beef broth.
Besides the fresh and fragrant herbs and vegetables such as lime, basil and spouts, the restaurant uses culantro, an herb unique to the restaurant and is common in Vietnamese dishes, and grown by exclusively commissioned local farmers.
Julius Marlon Dela Cruz, marketing head at PHO24, said that customers can be assured, consistently every time, of authentically delicious taste.
While there are several variations on a bowl of Vietnam’s national dish, with different cuts of meat, toppings and garnishes to suit different tastes, “it is the signature broth that makes our pho truly unforgettable,” Dela Cruz pointed out.
