The most anticipated moment for Lazada customers is the yearly 11.11 sale held every November 11. During this one-day shopping free-for-all, Lazada and its merchant partners slash prices on almost all items available on the platform, some of which are even sold at up to 90 percent off of the posted price.
For this year, Lazada is expecting the 11.11 sale to be its biggest yet with more than P11 million worth of vouchers and 11 million product offerings up for grabs. The hottest items under each category, whether it is Womens and Mens Fashion, Health and Beauty, Sports and Outdoors, Home and Living, Babies and Kids, and Electronics; will be sold at a significant discount.

More than just a day-long sale, the 11.11 event also aims to bring something more for its customers vial the World of Lazada digital lifestyle hub. “Beyond just a shopping platform, Lazada aims to be a lifestyle destination. Some of the features that Lazada has incorporated to make shopping more engaging for its customers are new tech-driven approaches in choosing items. The Lazada Image Scan allows users to scan actual items and see it pop up in the Lazada app, ready to be added to cart. Meanwhile, Augmented Reality allowed makeup lovers to try out their favorite products and test it on their lips using their phone’s front-facing camera.
Customers who want to take a break in their shopping spree can opt to join the LazGames and Guess It section to get exclusive offers and win prizes during the 11.11 sales. These include coins that can be converted into vouchers which can be used during the sale.
