    Hard Rock Café might be best known for its live entertainment, but the brand is also known for its American pub food. Over the years, the restaurant has updated its menu, keeping some of the classics and adding new items to suit the changing tastes of the dining public.

    This year, Hard Rock Café has launched a new global menu which debuted recently at the Hard Rock Café Conrad S’ Masion, and the newly-opened Glorietta branch.

    The Spinach and Artichoke dip is meant to start the night right with its creamy blend of Romano and cheddar cheese, spinach and artichoke hearts, served with crispy tortilla chips and house-made pico de gallo. For those looking to switch up their salad choice, the California-Style Cobb Salad is the perfect choice. Here, grilled chicken, avocado, roasted corn, black beans, Monterey Jack cheese, pomegranate seeds, and toasted pepitas on a bed of fresh mixed greens in a creamy ranch dressing, go perfectly together.

    Round out the appetizer spread with the Three Cheese & Roma Tomato Flatbread topped with mozzarella, Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese, Roma tomatoes and fresh basil, drizzled with cilantro pesto.

    Appetites sufficiently whetted, the new pasta dishes can now be enjoyed to the fullest. For those looking for something creamy and rich, the Truffle Mushroom Pasta brimming with shiitake mushroom, tartufata, garlic, onion, cream, truffle oil and parmesan cheese is the go-to order.

    Guests looking for some heat and kick can instead order the Spicy Vongole Pasta- clams, fresh tomatoes, garlic, onion, celery, white wine, chili flakes and lemon juice. Both dishes use fresh pasta which gives the dish a distinct texture and flavor that cannot be found when using dried pasta.

    Hard Rock Café’s crowning jewels have always been the burgers. The Original Legendary Burger remains a classic but that does not stop the restaurant from creating something different with its newest burger.. The 24 Karat Gold Leaf Burger is an ode to extravagance, echoing the wild lifestyle of legendary rock stars. The premium-grade beef burger is topped with 24-karat edible gold leaf and served with American cheese, leaf lettuce, tomato and onion.

    Hard Rock Café is a mixologist’s haven and its beverage menu is bigger and more exciting with these additions: Rockin’ Fresh Rita, Tropical Margarita (Patrón Silver Tequila with fresh fruit flavors and Cointreau liqueur); Rhythm & Rose Mule (Absolut Vodka and Rosé wine-based drink with ginger beer); Blackberry Sparkling Sangria (red wine with fresh flavours of blackberries, cranberry juice, squeeze of orange and Proseco); Espresso Martini (a richly sweet of combination Grey Goose Vodka, Kahlúa, and fresh brewed espresso); Classic Carribean Mojito (Bacardi Superior Rum, mint, lime juice and sparkling soda, Añejo floater and powdered sugar sprinkle); and Sparkling Blue Hawaiian (Malibu Coconut Rum and Absolut Citron Vodka-based with Blue Curaçao).

    Other fruity drinks include the Banana Berry Colada (Malibu Coconut Rum, Bacardi Black, fresh banana, Monin strawberry and coconut cream); Passion Fruit Mai Tai (a Tiki classic invented in the 1940s in California) and the Rock House Rum Punch (Bacardi Superior Rum, Bacardi Black, tropical juices and ginger beer).
