WITH the growing number of fusion cuisines and the thriving creativity to whip up good food these days, the preservation of authentic dishes has become limited especially if it originates from a country with distinctive food and rich culture like China.
For this reason, The Empress Dining Palace situated at the heart of Bonifacio Global City, recently opened its doors to serve the authentic, flavorful Chinese cuisine. It also aims to connect people through food and preserve the affluent and colorful Chinese tradition.
With its commitment to serve real Chinese food, The Empress Dining Palace has tapped Master Chef Lam Pui Hung, who hails from Hong Kong, to ensure that any dish coming out of the kitchen carries the taste, aroma and elegance of a true Chinese cuisine.
The Empress serves an extensive menu of classic Cantonese cuisine and selected dishes from the Northern region, from mouth-watering appetizers and savory, tender meats, down to its highly-prized seafood roster and delectable dim sum choices. It also offers an impressive range of refreshments and desserts, providing satisfaction and delight that cuts across all ages.
This new authentic Chinese restaurant also offers a special menu called Celebrations Menu, an eight-course meal uniquely curated by Chef Lam for each milestone such as a birthday, reunion, and more.
Aside from scrumptious food that people crave these days, many are searching for the quality of service and ambiance of the establishment.
A step inside the newly-opened restaurant makes guests instantly feel regal—with guaranteed attentive service from its professional staff. The main dining hall can accommodate 108 guests fit for every occasion. The establishment also has VIP rooms that can hold up to 48 guests while the conference rooms up to 18, both providing privacy and a dedicated service host.
Every corner of the Empress exudes elegance. With a number of refined artwork adorning the walls, the stately hand-painted beam at the center, and refined tableware handpicked from China, it is apparent that dining at The Empress recreates the ambiance of having a feast like royalty.
