Recognizing the need of mall-goers to feel safe in these trying times, Century City Mall has launched its slew of online initiatives that aim to bring the mall and its offerings closer to its customers with the Virtual Buddy.
The Virtual Buddy is every shopper’s online mall assistant who can answer queries through the mall’s Facebook page from 8am to 8pm, daily. You can also count on the Virtual Buddy to make advance orders and reserve items under your name from any restaurant or shop. To chat with Virtual Buddy, simply follow Century City Mall on Facebook and tap the Send Message icon.
Ordering food is also made easier through the virtual buddy. Simply choose Century Mall Food-to-Go, and browse the list of restaurants available. After making sure your chosen restaurant is open, give them a call, place your order, and settle the bill. Once settled, let them know you’re availing of the Food-to-Go service as well. The food delivery assistance has a fee of Php40 per store (minimum of two stores) and caters to residents and tenants within Century City, Bel-Air Village, and San Miguel Village.
A personal shopping service open to all retail shops and the supermarket, the Century Shopper service can also be availed through the Century City Mall Virtual Buddy. Once you’ve completed the form, the Century Shopper will proceed with the collection of your order. To double check your order, Century Shopper will message you on Viber – with a photo of your orders and details of the bill. If everything is in order, you will be asked to settle your bill via GCash or online banking.
Going to the mall may never be the same, but it can still be a smooth and worry-free experience. Through the Century City Mall Virtual Buddy, you can still be closer to the Mall of Modern Makati.
