To start the year on a positive and high-spirited note, Ever Bilena Cosmetics, Inc. invited all of its employees in Metro Manila to its Havana-themed kick-off party held at the Metrotent Convention Center in Pasig.
Everyone was feeling the Cuban vibe as they donned colorful outfits with frills and floral prints, and joined in the festivities. Hosted by comedians Betong Sumaya and Petite, the party looked back at some of the makeup company’s achievements in 2019, as well as its goals for the year ahead.
Together with EBCI executives and employees, several celebrities graced the event including Ever Bilena endorsers Max Collins and Dianne Medina Illustre, and Blackwater endorser Rayver Cruz. Beauty queen Emma Tiglao, the Asistio siblings, and the players of the Blackwater Elite basketball team also joined the stylish celebration.
During the event, Ever Bilena Cosmetics, Inc. CEO Dioceldo Sy, COO Siliman Sy, and sales and marketing director Denice Sy also recognized some employees who have rendered excellent service to the company for many years.
The twenty-year service awardees include warehouse dealer Crispin Isip, dealer recruitment specialist Leslie Dorado, treasury associate Luisa De Guzman, and beauty consultants Maribel Lontok and Gemma Respicio, and tax compliance manager Marina Mercado. On the other hand, driver Danilo Macam, beauty consultant Aida Miclat, and operations supervisor Concepcion Venida who have all worked at EBCI for 25 years were also awarded.
Coach Patrick Aquino was also given a Scroll of Recognition for leading the Gilas Pilipinas women basketball team win a gold medal at the 30th Southeast Asian Games.
There were also games, performances, and a grand raffle where winners were given cash, gift certificates, travel packages, appliances, among others.
