Mary Pauline Salon (MPS), tagged as “The Styling Team of Top-Rated Shows,” has remained steadfast amidst the challenges of the new normal. Thanks to the resiliency of its namesake lady owner and her staff.

Lady boss Mary Pauline Danga-Obias shared, “I am a type of person who would rise up to any challenge. So I instructed my team to get the business moving by offering home services to our clients and strengthening our online marketing.”

MPS has around 200 branches nationwide on the strength of endorsements by prominent personalities and regular exposure on national TV. It gained a great following for its Kerabond treatments and Rebonding services. Celebrities associated with it include Piolo Pascual, Robin Padilla, Angel Locsin, and several others.

Instead of clients going to the salon, MPS staff go to their homes to service them. In this set-up, pandemic protocol is carefully placed, with staff being tested for COVID-19 every two weeks and getting flu/pneumonia vaccines. For walk-in customers, social distancing are practiced at MPS outlets installed with foot baths, alcohol dispensers, face masks, face shields, air purifiers, and UV sanitation boxes. The staff, apart from health protection provision, continuously receive their salaries and allowances on time as well.

“Our aim is for people to feel beautiful inside and out despite this pandemic,” said Obias.

“COVID-19 might have wreaked havoc on our economy but I believe in the resilience of the Filipino.”

Established in 2004, Mary Pauline Salon immediately attracted countless regular customers and several celebrities in the field.

“MPS is known as a celebrity salon and we live up to that name by making sure we offer quality, affordable services to our clients,” Obias noted.
