Former “Pinoy Big Brother” (PBB) housemate Maris Racal is happy, excited and nervous as well about the release of her new single, “Not For Me,” in time for her 22nd birthday.
“Kasi, parang pinatatamaan ko raw sa title ng single si Iñigo (Pascual, her ex-boyfriend),” she said, “Taon na rin ang nakalipas mula ng maghiwalay kami. And, as far as I’m concerned, past is past.”
She has not had a boyfriend since Inigo, who, if possible, she no longer wants to talk about.
“At least, naging masaya kami, when we were still together. Kaya, ayos na rin,” she added.
She refused to discuss the reason for their separation. She just wants him to know she’s happy he’s doing well, as she learned that aside from being a songwriter, he is now a vlogger, too.
Of course, Inigo is the son of actor-singer-producer Piolo Pascual, who is no longer with the Kapamilya Channel.
Piolo has reportedly signed up with TV5 for a new show, which will team him up with 2018 Miss Universe Catriona Gray.
The project has reportedly no title yet, but what is sure is it will have Johnny Manahan as director.
“Ang daming shows na gagawin ni Mr. M sa TV5,” said a source.
How true that in the Piolo-Catriona variety show, another actor – Alden Richards? – was also considered.
It was reportedly Catriona who chose Piolo.
Speaking of Alden, the actor is currently busy with several projects, including a new drama anthology.
He and Jasmine Curtis-Smith are paired in “Love on the Balcony,” which is part of “I Can See You” drama anthology of GMA 7.
The series also stars Pancho Magno, Shyr Valdez and Denise Barbacena.
Alden also stars in the GMA Public Affairs documentary, “Lockdown: Food Diaries.”
Food is one subject Alden knows. He has food businesses, including one in Tagaytay and another near ABS-CBN. He is also a franchisee of a popular food chain.
The actress is said to have found love in Dominic Roque.
Actress Bea Alonzo reportedly is in a relationship with actor-businessman Dominic Roque.
This is said to be why she is not bothered by the talks about her ex-boyfriend, Gerald Anderson, and Julia Barretto.
Julia has already denied the rumor that she got pregnant by Gerald. Last Saturday, she filed a Cybercrime complaint with the NBI against former broadcaster Jay Sonza, who was the one who wrote about the “buntis” issue.
“I don’t want to take this matter lightly. I want people, like Mr. Sonza, to be accountable for their actions, reporting false report that can ruin one’s reputation,” Julia said.
Back to Bae, the actress has backed out from the series, “Kahit Minsan Lang,” which Star Creatives was producing, as she decided not to work during the pandemic.
“I firmly believe that health is wealth,” she was quoted as saying.
Bea plans to just stay home and take care of her first nephew with younger brother, James Carlos, who is married to comedian Bayani Agbayani’s eldest daughter, Thalia (Rogacion).
