No kidding, but Ara Mina said she felt she hit the jackpot on the day her boyfriend of two years, Philippine International Trading Corporation (PITC) Undersecretary Dave Almarinez, proposed to her.
It’s not only because she feels he will make an ideal husband, but also because she knows he will be a good stepfather to her daughter, Amanda Gabrielle Meneses.
“This early, ang ganda ng bonding ng bata with Sir Dave,” said a kibitzer, “Hindi mo iisiping hindi sila mag-ama, kung hindi mo kilala si ex-Bulakan Mayor Patrick Meneses.”
The truth is Mandy has a very close with her dad and Ara makes sure she bonds with Daddy Patrick frequently.
“Kaya alam ng bata kung sino ang ama niya,” the kibitzer added.
Ara shared the happy development in her life at the press con of her movie, Viva Films’ “Paglaki Ko, Gusto Kong Maging Pornstar.”
She shares star billing with former sexy actresses Rosanna Roces, Maui Taylor and Alma Moreno in the sexy comedy movie.
The daughter of action star Jeric Raval, AJ, is included in the film. AJ is 18 and was introduced in “Indak,” which was released in 2019.
Going back to Ara, she said the wedding might be this year, perhaps right after the release of “Pornstar.”
“Hindi ko sosolohin ang pag-prepare for the wedding,” Ara said. “Kailangan, katuwang ko si Dave, as the occasion will, likewise, be an important event in his life. But I’ll make sure it will be one event to remember, kaya everything will be well thought of.”
Details about the wedding, including her traje de boda, will be announced soon, the actress added.
