The Meeting Pods, is a new co-working space of SM Aura which provides customers a comfortable place to freely work in or to have quick meetings and enjoy some coffee or food while working. The Meeting Pods allow anyone to stay, take a break, or conduct meetings for free.
This hub also has plugs to charge your mobile phones or laptops. Customers can also enjoy 3 hours of free WIFI. Just scan your QR codes found on the tables.
The place has a safe layout following the health protocols plus reminders on the tables to clean as you go and throw the waste on the bins provided at the corners of the hub.
The Meeting Pods is located at the third level of SM Aura Premier.
Aboitiz to inoculate team members, subcontractors
The Aboitiz Group has announced it will cover the inoculation of all its team members and subcontractors to help protect them from the new coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccines will be offered to more than 30,000 regular employees and subcontractors to help build the community’s immunity against the virus.
The Aboitiz Group, which has contributed over P2.2 billion to the country’s COVID-19 response effort, was among the first 30 private companies to sign a deal with the national government and AstraZeneca under the private sector-led ‘A Dose of Hope’ program, a tripartite initiative among the private sector, the government, and British drugmaker AstraZeneca, in support of the National Immunization Program.
Availing Aboitiz team members and subcontractors shall be vaccinated in batches, prioritizing frontliners, senior citizens, and those with comorbidities, then the rest of the population.
In Asean and other countries, Aboitiz team member vaccinations will be driven by various country governments where Aboitiz operates (particularly the Food Group), namely Singapore, China, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Brunei.

Flagship stores to open at Ayala Malls
Local and global flagship stores are opening in Ayala Malls in the coming months.
In Greenbelt, is the first Aesop store in the Philippines.
Officine Universelle Buly, the Parisian perfume and cosmetics brand, is opening its first store in the country at Greenbelt 3.
Another first-to-open in the country is Max Mara. Greenbelt is also readying itself for a bigger Louis Vuitton store and for the launch this year of other powerhouse brands from LVMH Group Fendi, Dior, Bvlgari and Celine. Kenzo, Off White and Univers will also be will soon open in Greenbelt. Moving from their spaces in Greenbelt 5 are Patek Philippe and Rimowa.
More brands are also set to open by 2022 including Roger Vivier and other Stores Specialist Inc. labels tJimmy Choo, Loewe, Chloe, Tod’s, Ermenegildo Zegna, and Salvatore Ferragamo.
At Bonifacio High Street, the first and only Jordan Store in Southeast Asia was launched in December 2020.

PRC receives lifeboat from VeMoBro
Polaris Digital Platform Enterprises Corp., the company that launched the homegrown VeMoBro ecommerce platform, donated a rescue boat to the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) as part of their corporate social responsibility campaign.
The turnover of the donation to PRC was held on March 11, 2021.
The rescue boat was built with tough polyethylene and UV8 stabilizers and can carry at least seven to 10 passengers. It is geared with long-shaft outboard motors, as well as paddles and life vests.
Along with VeMoBro, Polaris has also partnered on the donation with freight servicing company Cargo Padala Express (CaPEx), Alphacon Logistics, and VJB Construction Corp.
Healthway tapped by ASMPH
Healthway Medical has formalized its partnership with Ateneo de Manila University School of Medicine and Public Health (ASMPH) as the institution’s affiliate community clinic.
With this collaboration, 4th and 5th year medical students of ASMPH are granted the opportunity to complete supervised training at Healthway’s clinics during their clerkship and internship.
This development is in line with the existing partnership between AC Health and Ateneo Professional Schools (APS) that focuses on healthcare advocacy, research, and recruitment and training.
The first batch of interns began their rotations last January at select Healthway Family and Multi- Specialty clinics. Under this partnership, Healthway provides a venue for practical skills training supervised by physician mentors from Healthway’s pool of physicians.
This is in line with ASMPH’s advocacy for health leadership, public health research, and community engagement.
