The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corp. (PSALM) successfully sold last week real estate properties in Loboc, Bohol and Camalaniugan, Cagayan for a total bid of P15,422,500.
The state-run firm said Sta. Clara Power Corp. is the winning party for the Loboc property which consists of four lots situated in Barangays Gotozon and Bagumbayan with an estimated total land area of 13,204 square meters for P12.2 million.
The sale is inclusive of structures and improvements in the area.
Meanwhile, Cagayan II Electric Cooperative is the winning party for the Camalaniugan property with a total area of 2,148 square meters for P3.2 million.
The two firms will undergo post-qualification process.
