Growth centers to rise in 3 regions

Standard factory buildings are ready-to-occupy manufacturing sites for locators at Alviera.

Three more industrial parks of AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) are eyed to become future growth centers in their respective regions, the company said in a statement.

ALLHC hopes to replicate the success of Laguna Technopark, a pioneer industrial estate, in its ongoing exoansion: Cavite Technopark in Naic, Laguindingan Technopark in Misamis Oriental, and Pampanga Technopark in Mabalacat City.

ALLHC said similar to Laguna Technopark, these industrial estates are highly accessible to major facilities and infrastructures such as national highways, seaports and airports to support the requirements of locator-companies.

ALLHC is likewise working to grow beyond industrial land sales by offering standard factory buildings for lease.

At present, ALLHC owns and manages a portfolio of 8 properties within five locations in Luzon. By yearend, the group is expected to have over 200,000 square meters of gross leasable area in its warehouse portfolio.

Now on its 30th year, Laguna Technopark is a 471-hectare growth center with over 270 locator-companies which directly employ 100,000 employees.

Other developments of AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. include Tutuban Center in Manila and South Park Center in Muntinlupa.
