Crown Asia Chemicals Corp. has started supplying pipes to a number of infrastructure projects.
The company said it has began supplying Phase 2 of the North South Railway (NSR) Project from Malolos, Bulacan to New Clark City in Tarlac, passing through the Clark International Airport in Mabalacat, Pampanga.
Crown Asia Chemicals has also started supplying Metro Rail Transit (MRT)-7.
The NSR commuter railway is aimed to provide critical connectivity through world class passenger rail service. Work for Phase 1 which runs from Tutuban to Malolos is about to start. The 91 kilometer stretch for Phases 1 and 2 will have 10 stations located at Tutuban, Solis, Caloocan, Valenzuela, Mecauayan, Marilao, Bocaue, Balagtas, Guiguinto and Malolos.
MRT-7 is another elevated railway line of 23 kilometers with 14 stations from San Jose del Monte in Bulacan to MRT3 in North Avenue, Quezon City. It has a 22-kilometer asphalt road component from Bocaue Interchange of NLEX to the intermodal terminal in Tala that will divert Northern provincial buses operation to San Jose del Monte.
It will be ready by December 2021.
