Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) posted P10.5 billion in reservation sales for the first nine months of the year, up 14 percent from last year’s P9.21 billion.
“The sustained demand is a welcome news for the industry and a strong validation of CLI’s housing leadership in the VisMin (Visayas-Mindanao) market. CLI is on pace to surpass its 2019 sales performance in spite of the challenges brought about by the 2020 pandemic,” the company said.
According to CLI, homes from P1.5 million to P3 million under its Casa Mira brand, the company’s economic housing, accounted for 62 percent of the sales take-up, followed by the mid-market Garden Series units at 24 percent.
It said 48 percent of sales were projects in Cebu, 21 percent in Iloilo, 13 percent in Cagayan de Oro and 12 percent in Bacolod.
