XTREME Appliances, a four-year old one-stop shop appliance store, eyes to grow its sales by 200 percent this year as it aggressively expands its network.
Richard Lim, president and chief executive officer of Sun Group of Companies which owns Xtreme Appliances, said the company plans to open 20 concept stores adding to its existing five showrooms across the Philippines by yearend.
Lim targets to grow this further to 50 to 60 branches by the first quarter next year.
Lim said as a new player in the industry, Xtreme Appliances has a lot of room for improvement and growth.
As a one-stop shop brand, Xtreme Appliances has become a reliable source of quality products with consistent pricing.
Top retail and corporate partners include All Home, Puregold, Metro Gaisano, Abenson, Automatic Center, Family Appliance, Magic Appliance, Addessa, Royal Star, and Fiesta Appliance.
According to Lim, Xtreme Appliances’ bestselling products include audio/video such as Smart TV and LED TV, air conditioners and cooking and small appliances.
Lim said with the series of lockdowns the past months, the company has noted a 140-percent increase in sales as most Filipinos are buying new appliances or are upgrading.
To serve customers despite the pandemic, Xtreme Appliances opened its electronic commerce channels through Shopee and Lazada and via its own website.
Xtreme Appliances started in 2016 selling audio and video devices but quickly expanded to offer a wide range of appliances.
“We studied what the market looks for in an appliance. We directly procure our appliances from the top manufacturing companies in the world based on preferred specifications and benefits, and help Filipinos by offering products at affordable cost,” Lim said.
