Poised and pretty, 17-year-old Cassandra Ynares made her elegant entrance into the world of showbiz at Brighter Together: The ABS-CBN Ball 2025, held last April 4 at Solaire Resort North in Quezon City.
Cassandra is the daughter of Antipolo City Mayor Junjun Ynares and Andrea Bautista-Ynares, and the older sister of the equally charming Rebecca Victoria, or Via.
For her first showbiz event, Cassandra was accompanied by her mother, Andeng, and renowned fashion designer Paul Cabral, who served as her chaperones for the night.
Despite being surrounded by some of the country’s biggest stars, Cassandra carried herself with grace. Asked if she had plans to pursue a career in acting, she answered thoughtfully: “I want to focus on my studies first. When I graduate, I might.”
Her mother, Andeng, expressed support for the idea — on the condition that Cassandra finishes her education first.
Beyond her academic focus, Cassandra is also deeply passionate about youth development and welfare, with a particular advocacy for children’s mental health.
With beauty, brains and heart, Cassandra Ynares is certainly one to watch.
