At the 2025 BAFTA Film Awards held in London, the winners in key categories were announced. The award for Best Film went to “Conclave,” which also claimed the Outstanding British Film honor. Brady Corbet won Best Director for “The Brutalist” and Adrien Brody was awarded Best Leading Actor for his performance in the same film. Mikey Madison won Best Leading Actress for her role in “Anora.” Kieran Culkin took home the award for Best Supporting Actor for his performance in “A Real Pain,” while Zoe Saldana won Best Supporting Actress for “Emilia Perez”. The award for Best Original Screenplay was given to “A Real Pain”, and “Conclave” won Best Adapted Screenplay. “Emilia Perez” claimed the award for Best Film Not in the English Language, while “Wallace and Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl” won both Best Animated Film and Best Children’s and Family Film. The documentary award went to “Super/Man: The Christopher Reeve Story”. “The Brutalist” also won Best Original Score. Warwick Davis was honored with the BAFTA Fellowship, and David Jonsson received the EE Rising Star Award.
