It was a kilig-filled Saturday morning on social media as Jericho Rosales posted a video with actress Janine Gutierrez, captioned: “One year and one day with this one.”
To which Janine replied: “Hahaha baba! The best time with you! Happy anniversary, I love you.”
The sweet exchange quickly had fans and friends feeling giddy. Singer-actress Jolina Magdangal commented, “Kinikilig kami ni Vika.”
Sarah Lahbati, estranged wife of Richard Gutierrez, Janine’s uncle, said, “Living vicariously through you guys. Amen.”
Actress Ara Davao, Janine’s cousin, chimed in with a playful jab: “Handa na akong mamatay mag-isa.”
Meanwhile, netizens flooded the comments with classic “sana all” sentiments: “Kakainggit talaga si Janine. Sana all may Echo,” wrote @bmnrgxx. “Sanaol,” added @_misstin.
Jericho and Janine starred together in the ABS-CBN drama “Lavender Fields” which premiered in September 2024. They played husband and wife on screen but off screen no formal confirmation of a relationship had been made until now.
The two have been frequently spotted together since June 2024 sparking romance rumors long before the anniversary post.
As of this writing, Jericho’s Instagram post has racked up over 177,000 likes and nearly 3,000 comments proving once again that kilig is alive and well online.
